PHINIA Technologies Holdings Mexico S. de R.L de C.V. in Nuevo León is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned programs and projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and aligned with PHINIA objectives.
The role collaborates with functional areas and clients to deliver successful outcomes; reports directly to the Plant Manager. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience are required, PMP preferred, agile experience valued.

The Sr Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned programs and projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This includes planning, execution and reporting through to the successful completion of programs and projects, whilst adhering to PHINIA objectives, vision and guidelines. The role works closely with all the functional areas and business clients to ensure programs and projects are delivered successfully to support the overall needs and business strategy. As a key member of the team, the position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Bachelor’s degree required. Must have 7 years+ extensive experience of program management and/or equivalent experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience in managing traditional and agile initiatives and exposure to multiple areas.
