Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage product development programs in Tulsa. The role requires oversight across engineering, production, and sales to ensure timely delivery and alignment with lifecycle strategy.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, monitor schedules, and report status to stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and 6–10 years of PM experience, with strong MS Office and scheduling skills, and a willingness to travel up to 20% for

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project).
• Proficient at creating/maintaining Gantt Chart-style project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Attend checkpoints, gates, and all relevant weekly meetings for product development projects.
• Schedule and lead product development project meetings as needed and produce minutes/action items.
• Ensure the alignment of project plans with overarching product lifecycle strategy.
• Proactively communicate regarding all aspects of project, including scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details.
• Become familiar/conversant with the entire MIRATECH product line and processes.
• Provide regular reports on project status to the appropriate parties.
• Manage scope changes which affect schedule, cost, revenue, etc.
• Work with Product Development, Sales, Engineering, and Production on preparation of project budget and track actual vs. budget costs (with assistance from accounting) through the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential issues at the beginning and throughout of the project lifecycle and work with the appropriate parties to resolve before escalations.
• Review technical deliverables from product development projects before release.
• Manage the flow of documents to ensure consistency and timeliness.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors as needed with MIRATECH production team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Cooperates with: Product Development, Engineering, Accounting, Production, Sales

Primary Responsibility: Responsible for coordinating and managing MIRATECH product development projects.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented while able to look at the "big picture" of a project and Customer relationship.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large to complex projects at a time.
• BS in engineering or a relevant major from an accredited college/university.
• 6-10 years prior project management experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Able to travel up to 20%.
• Positive attitude with a good sense of humor.
