Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Product Development Manager to lead the full lifecycle of technical products from concept through commercialization and ongoing improvements.

You will own product strategy, conduct market analysis, and engage customers while partnering with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, and program management to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, product development, or related function.
• Experience leading new product development initiatives using Stage-Gate or similar methodologies.
• Strong business acumen with pricing, costing, forecasting, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization and sustainment.
• Gather and translate customer and market requirements into actionable strategies.
• Lead NPD initiatives and continuous product improvement efforts.
• Drive portfolio optimization to maximize profitability and customer value.
