Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development including NPI, wafer sorting, and yield analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software and JMP for statistics; hands-on with ATE equipment (Advantest V93000).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of new products ensuring quality and performance.
• Oversee NPI from prototype to mass production, including wafer sorting and yield analysis.
• Collaborate with Foundry, R&D, manufacturing, QA to support process understanding and FA.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, specs, test plans.
• Build PDE methodology infrastructures to support manufacturing.
