Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the field.
• Deep understanding of transient VF behavior and stress conditions.
• Demonstrated experience in building models connecting parameters to outcomes.
• Track record defining manufacturing test specifications.
• Experience running silicon validation experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own the physics connecting AVF, defect mechanisms, and DVFS transients to outcomes.
• Specify ATE and SLT conditions for manufacturing.
• Author methodology documents for team alignment.
• Own per-release validation plans through production monitoring.
