Job summary
Ceo Staffing Inc. is seeking a senior Product Development Engineer to own the technical development of new packaging and injection molding products from concept through production launch.
You will define system architectures and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and validation to ensure successful product releases. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical/product design, deep experience with injection molding and tooling, and strong CAD skills (UG/NX).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of mechanical/product design and development experience.
- Experience with injection molding, plastics processing, packaging equipment, or tooling.
- Advanced understanding of manufacturing/assembly for injection molding tooling.
- Strong CAD modeling experience; UG/NX preferred.
- Experience with motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, belts, seals, servo motors, pneumatic/hydraulic components.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development of new products from concept to manufacturing launch.
- Develop system-level designs and architectures.
- Translate customer and market requirements into technical concepts.
- Lead design reviews and product definition activities.
- Ensure regulatory, quality, and performance requirements are met.
