THE ROLE

• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions with passion and talent.
• Quickly and creatively solve challenging engineering problems.
• Model in 3D CAD for detail engineering, FEA simulation, and prototyping.
• Generate detailed and assembly drawings.
• Build mockups and prototypes using hand tools.
• Perform system-level tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Quote, order, inspect, and hand-build complex electromechanical prototypes.
• Test and analyze results.
• Research technology and advanced components.
• Create system-level electrical block diagrams and MCO.
• Lead small projects, managing research, planning, schedules, resources, budgets, and scope.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

• MS in Engineering, preferably mechanical; dual disciplines acceptable.
• 5-7 years of product development experience.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Leadership in setting standards and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Problem-solving, collaboration, professionalism, and negotiation skills.
• Adept at multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities.
• Resilient under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong SolidWorks/Creo skills, including PDM, surfacing, and parametric modeling.
• Understanding of exotic materials, processes, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent presentation skills, confidence, and control.
