Job summary

SharkNinja, a global design and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, is seeking a product-focused professional. You will drive profitable programs for key products, define specifications, and own sales performance across categories.

You will partner with Engineering, Marketing, and QA to ensure high-quality, market-ready products while advocating for consumer needs and showcasing strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field – preferable at a consumer goods company.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above.
• A '100% on' consumer-first perspective when it comes to introducing new products/processes or improving current products.
• A mindset geared toward building relationships across multi-functional teams, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
• COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT is immensely critical in this role. High-impact written and spoken communication is required.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A desire to learn and grow in a passionate environment.
• The ability to embrace transparency and shifting priorities while learning from each decision.

Responsibilities

• Support the SharkNinja business with the development of successful and profitable programs for key products.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer wants/needs and market opportunities.
• Take ownership of assigned categories’ sales performance and identify opportunities.
• Lead competitive product analyses to inform strategy and improvement.
• Be the voice of legacy product lines and feed feedback to NPD teams.
• Partner with Testing and Quality to define, develop, and manage testing procedures.
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional teams.
