Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data‑driven decision making across product, finance, operations and engineering. You will collect, analyze and translate metrics that scale to millions of users globally, building dashboards and data models that power growth.

You’ll partner with Finance, Product and Operations to identify reporting needs, enable analysts, and contribute to our self‑service BI platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional BI or analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Informatics, Math or similar preferred.
• Experience with BI tools and data modelling is a plus.

• Enable analysts and streamline dashboard creation across the org.

Your mission

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Bitpanda, you’ll foster data driven decision‑making by helping product, engineering, operations, finance and so many more teams collect, analyse and understand key metrics that drive growth that impacts millions of end users globally.

What you’ll do

• Engage and collaborate with Finance, Product and Operations to identify reporting needs and potential improvements.
• Enable analysts across the whole organisation and streamline dashboard creation.
• Contribute to the ongoing design of our self service BI visualisation platform and core data model to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Unify business intelligence, data engineering and business stakeholders to build out data sets and models relevant to their core businesses.
• Ensure high data quality of the core data layer with dbt models with SQL.

Who you are

• Experience with BI Tools (Metabase, Tableau or similar), SQL, Git, dbt and Python is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work, learn and grow across teams and functions.
• Solid experience with data‑modelling (dimensional modelling, OBT or star/snowflake schemas), data quality frameworks and data visualisation tools.
• Minimum 3 years of professional business intelligence experience or analytics engineering or data analyst with a passion for Crypto and FinTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, applied mathematics and statistics or similar is preferred and Master’s degree is a nice to have.
