Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a UI/UX design expert to contribute to the Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation practice, crafting intuitive interfaces for complex tax products with a human-centered approach.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, while advancing our design system and accessibility standards across our tools.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in UI/UX product design or related field, required
• A strong portfolio of shipped product design work with polished UI and clear thinking

Responsibilities

• Contributes to design workstreams for assigned products or features
• Designs intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex tax products
• Creates and maintains wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs
• Uses data, research insights, and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions
• Collaborates with product managers and engineers in an iterative product development process
• Presents design concepts and recommendations to product teams and stakeholders
• Contributes to evolution of design system and interaction patterns across products
• Supports Tax Digital Transformation initiatives through strong design execution and cross-team collaboration
• Other duties as required
