Job summary

Everyday Health Group seeks a Senior Product Designer who thinks in systems, not screens. You’ll influence across a portfolio of consumer brands, using AI to accelerate design while focusing on framing the right problem and meaningful user impact.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Analytics, and Sales/Ad Ops, ensuring design solutions scale across devices, with a mobile-first mindset and a strong emphasis on accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product designer on digital consumer platforms.
• Portfolio showing thinking, not just output.
• Fluency with AI design and research tools as a daily practice.
• Strong instincts on when to trust AI-generated options.
• Experience running user research under real time pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and asking the right questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency in Figma, including variables and design tokens.
• Familiarity with prototyping and motion tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Own design across Everyday Health Group's consumer brands, from framing problems to shipped experiences.
• Explore multiple directions and bring a point of view on brand/product strategy.
• Use AI to generate options and prototype fast, then judge what ships.
• Analyze user testing with AI tools and derive meaningful insights.
• Conduct early-stage research with AI support and translate findings into design actions.
• Design responsive solutions across devices with a mobile-first mindset.
• Translate business goals into testable design questions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Analytics, and Sales/Ad Ops.
• Think in systems and anticipate ripple effects across flows and platforms.
• Present design rationale to engineers and senior leadership clearly.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, including tokens and shared variables.
