Job summary

UpMetrics is looking for a senior Product Designer to join our Product team remotely in the United States. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, define design systems, and collaborate with product managers and engineers in an agile environment to shape our impact reporting platform.

You bring a design degree, 6+ years of product design experience for B2B/enterprise SaaS, deep Figma fluency, and comfort with AI tools in design.

Qualifications

• A degree in Design or related field.
• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Comfortable owning the full arc from discovery to shipped execution.
• Strong visual design skills and typography.
• Deep Figma fluency with components and handoff.
• Experience collaborating with PMs and engineers in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with engineering in a scrum process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis to inform product decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Define and implement UX/UI patterns and design systems.
• Collaborate with PM and the design team on product strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on product development and design artifacts.
• Drive user research, design sprints, and workshops to solve problems.
• Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge of our market and personas.
