Job summary
UpMetrics is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the full design lifecycle for the nonprofit analytics platform. You will work with a product manager and engineering lead in a small, agile team to shape new and existing features from discovery through shipped product.
The role requires 6+ years in product design, strong visual design, and deep Figma fluency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research, and leverage AI tools to improve design outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or related field.
- 6+ years of product design experience.
- Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong visual design skills and typography.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across the platform from discovery to handoff.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Define UX/UI patterns and contribute to the design system.
- Run design sprints and workshops to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering in an agile environment.
- Incorporate AI tools to enhance design practice.
