The position offers a salary range of $165,000 to $185,000, along with a 10% bonus and generous benefits such as health and dental insurance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience on complex web or operations-facing products.
- Strong portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership and impact on product strategy.
- Excellent interaction design and product judgment.
- Experience with AI tools in design or product development.
- Ability to explain design decisions using evidence and prototypes.
- Experience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for various workstreams.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Define success criteria and tradeoffs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
