Job summary

Welltech is a global wellness technology company seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences across onboarding funnels and app experiences for Muscle Booster, YogaGo and WalkFit. You will collaborate with Growth to run experiments, optimize onboarding, and increase conversion and average order value.

You will also focus on user engagement and retention, integrating features like nutrition guidance and expanding the overall value delivered by the apps, while adhering to design

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Strong experience with Design Systems and scalable UI
• Ability to run usability tests and derive insights from data
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prioritize roadmap with Product Management and Engineering.
• Contribute to end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity visuals.
• Run design experiments to optimize onboarding and app experiences.
• Create visually appealing, user-centered interfaces following Apple and Android guidelines.
• Execute projects autonomously while contributing to team critiques.
• Utilize analytics and experimentation to improve conversion, retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers and researchers to deliver intuitive UX.
