Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape Membership and Identity experiences across its brands. You will work with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver end-to-end design solutions that connect user data, preferences, and interactions across the Expedia Group marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in product, UX, or interaction design with a track record of shipping digital products at scale.
• Ownership of end-to-end design within a product area, with effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate research and data into user-centered solutions across multiple platforms using modern design tools and design systems.
• Strong portfolio with high visual craft and interaction design.
• Experience designing across platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Proficiency in design tools, with strength in prototyping and delivering high-quality experiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for Membership and Identity experiences across Expedia Group brands.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to frame problems and set priorities.
• Translate insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to experience strategy, connect work to broader journeys and design systems.
• Design for trust, personalization, and usability in account management and preferences.
• Facilitate workshops and critiques, communicate design rationale, mentor team members.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design across experiences.
• Explore AI-driven systems to power adaptive user experiences.
