Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape Membership and Identity experiences across its brands. You’ll own end-to-end design, collaborating with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.

You’ll translate qualitative and quantitative insights into user-centered decisions, contribute to design strategy and systems, and champion accessibility across the identity space for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in product, UX, or interaction design with scale.
• Experience owning end-to-end design in a product area with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate research and data into user-centered solutions across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for Membership and Identity across Expedia Group brands.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and designers to frame problems and priorities.
• Translate insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to design strategy and systems for scalable, cohesive experiences.
• Design experiences balancing trust, personalization, and usability.
• Facilitate workshops, communicate rationale, and mentor teammates.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design across experiences.
• Explore AI-driven approaches to improve product experiences.
