Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Product Designer III for AWS Marketplace and Partner Services (AMPS) in Austin, TX. You will own end-to-end design across procurement, licensing, and partner-management workflows, including AI-powered experiences, with collaboration across product management, engineering, and business development.

You will lead design strategy, create testable prototypes, and mentor teammates, shaping how customers and ISVs interact with AMPS surfaces.

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Experience delivering design solutions for large scope projects.
UX design of complex workflows.
Experience planning and executing strategic programs with stakeholders.
Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps.

Responsibilities

Design complex buyer and partner journeys across procurement, licensing, deployment, and operations.
Own end-to-end design for AMPS product areas including web and AI-powered interfaces.
Lead design strategy from concept through launch; use AI-assisted prototyping.
Design AI-powered conversations and ensure user control and transparency.
Influence product direction and roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.
Define interaction patterns and design standards for consistency across AMPS surfaces.
Drive cross-functional alignment with design reviews and senior leadership demos.
Evaluate AI-generated design and code for accessibility and coherence.
