BILL is seeking a Product Designer for its Integrated Experiences team in the United States. You will design, test, iterate, and launch advanced digital web and mobile solutions using a human-centered approach across development stages.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals, while continually refining the user experience. You will bring 12+ years of experience in human-centered design, with a strong ability to drive

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience applying human-centered design to digital and mobile product experiences across all development phases.
• Experience working with multiple agile teams and aligning design with roadmaps.
• Ability to navigate complex design challenges and create user-centered solutions that drive business growth.
• Deep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong analytical skills to create data-backed design decisions.
• Excellent communication to articulate design rationale and impact across audiences.
• Growth mindset with customer empathy to build accessible and inclusive experiences.
• Experience with banking, loan, spend & expense, or similar financial products.
