Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to own design for a core product area. You’ll frame problems, define direction, and deliver grounded work across systems and surfaces with minimal guidance.

Your decisions will be grounded in evidence from research and analytics, shaping outcomes that improve speed, efficiency, and user delight. You’ll mentor designers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to elevate design quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX or product design.
• Led broad, cross-cutting work with significant autonomy.
• Owns a product area's metric-driven understanding using research and analytics.
• Strong prioritization, synthesizing inputs into a clear point of view.
• Deep design system fluency and high-quality documentation.
• AI fluency and ability to build reusable workflows.
• Excellent collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Customer-obsessed, grounded in evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end with minimal direction.
• Ground decisions in evidence, measuring impact with research and signals.
• Prioritize area without direction and drive alignment on deliverables.
• Create templates for specs, flows, content, and edge cases.
• Explore multiple solutions while upholding quality and detail.
• Advance AI-driven workflows and reusable components.
• Mentor designers and maintain clear status in project tools.
