Wrapbook invites a Senior Product Designer II to own an AI-forward design domain across its core product. You will frame problems, drive end-to-end work, and set the standard for high-quality, implementation-ready deliverables.

Expect cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, and Research, while mentoring peers and delivering measurable business impact. Remote role open to candidates in the USA and Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX or product design with senior level autonomy.
• Experience leading broad, cross-cutting work from definition to delivery.
• Metric-driven approach using research and product data.
• Strong design systems fluency and documentation discipline.
• AI fluency and ability to build reusable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Ground decisions in evidence and measure impact with research and signals.
• Prioritize area priorities by synthesizing signals for alignment.
• Create implementation-ready deliverables and robust specs.
• Explore multiple solutions and raise the bar on quality.
• Introduce AI skills and agentic workflows to accelerate work.
• Shape collaboration forums and decision structures across teams.
• Mentor designers and maintain transparent project status.
