Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to own design for a core product area. This remote role covers USA and Canada and focuses on framing problems, delivering end-to-end experiences, and shaping the product with evidence and AI-enabled workflows.

You will guide design from definition to delivery with autonomy, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research, and mentor other designers while maintaining a high standard of craft and documentation across tools like Figma, Claude,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX or product design with autonomy to own end-to-end work.
• Experience framing ambiguous problems and delivering grounded design solutions.
• Ability to measure impact using qualitative and quantitative signals.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end with minimal direction and define success.
• Ground decisions in evidence, using research to shape direction and OKRs.
• Prioritize area work, synthesize inputs, and align design deliverables.
• Develop implementation-ready deliverables and scalable design templates.
• Mentor designers and maintain up-to-date status and risks in project tools.
