Job summary

ezCater is seeking a Principal Product Designer for the Supply ecosystem to guide design strategy across multiple product areas. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data partners to shape roadmaps and ensure coherence and high craft throughout the ecosystem.

You will mentor designers, drive data-informed decisions, and advocate for AI-enabled design workflows. This leadership role offers remote-hybrid options and a market-competitive package reflecting scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a product/UX designer with strategic impact.
• Experience defining product direction with PM/Eng/Data partners.
• Experience leading design across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design strategy for the Supply ecosystem across product areas.
• Co-create roadmaps with PM/Eng/Data partners.
• Lead cross-domain design initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Set quality bar for UX, visuals, content, and interaction.
• Mentor and coach designers across the org.
• Champion AI use in design workflows.
