Upgrade is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team of designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers in San Francisco. You will own design for Boost Money, BoostCash, mobile banking products, and AI initiatives, reporting to the VP of Design.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Product Design with a consumer mobile focus.

Responsabilités

• Own product design for Boost Money™, BoostCash™, our mobile banking products, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal to turn vision concepts into flows, prototypes, and polished experiences.
• Ship, test, and iterate on designs to grow activation, conversion, and retention.
• Mentor junior designers on Figma best practices, AI and automation, and strengthen the design team.
