Job summary

Brex is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and evolve design standards across the product and its users. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, craft compelling narratives, and own design outcomes that drive impact.

You will operate in a hybrid setup with offices in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote work options. Your track record should include 10+ years in product design and a proven ability to ship

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy articulation and leading cross-functional meetings.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and product management teams.
• Strong ability to craft a clear narrative and align teams around a shared vision.
• Passion for team building and development.
• 10+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience building customer-facing products from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute on the team vision and design standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Data to launch features.
• Set a high design bar and ensure quality across products.
• Communicate concisely with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Work across the product stack from vision to onboarding readiness.
• Help grow design across the organization and scale practices.
