Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product design experience, including owning end-to-end flows from discovery through launch.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions for complex workflows.
• Excellence in UX thinking, systems design, and ability to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Strong attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience designing for technical, engineer-facing, or data-heavy systems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; leveraging AI to prototype or ship faster.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy across Coinbase’s infrastructure tools.
• Design high-quality UI and interaction patterns for data-intensive, workflow-heavy enterprise tools.
• Own end-to-end design for development release-pipeline visibility for engineers.
• Design the Engineering Standards Scorecard from 100+ standards into a clear, trustworthy view.
• Run iterative design cycles: ideate, prototype, test with internal users and refine based on feedback.
