Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define problem spaces for engineer-facing tools and lead end-to-end design from discovery through launch. You will design data-heavy, enterprise-grade dashboards and workflows, driving design strategy across infrastructure tools.

You will collaborate with engineering leaders, manage iterations with internal users, and ensure a secure, scalable user experience while embracing AI-assisted prototyping and contemporary tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product design experience, ownership of end-to-end flows from discovery through launch.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions for complex workflows used by technical and non-technical users.
• Excellence in UX thinking, systems design, and ability to influence product strategy with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall direction for product and design strategy across Coinbase’s infrastructure tools.
• Design high-quality UI for data-intensive, workflow-heavy enterprise tools (dashboards, config systems).
• Own end-to-end design for development release pipelines and visibility for engineers.
• Design the Engineering Standards Scorecard covering reliability, security, and compliance indicators.
• Run iterative design cycles: ideate, prototype, test with internal users and refine with data.
