Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the Risk Cloud platform, turning complex enterprise risk workflows into intuitive experiences. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to elevate product quality, contribute to the design system, and mentor team members.

Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $155,000 per year, with variable pay, equity, and benefits. Office-based in Chicago HQ or Bellevue is required to enable in-person collaboration and strong

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer on complex B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, component library structures, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Proven track record of actively contributing to and expanding design systems at scale.
• Ability to take ambiguous briefs, define problem spaces, and create structured, scalable solutions.
• Practical curiosity regarding AI tools and an eager mindset toward AI-driven product features.
• Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research into clear product design direction.
• Strong partnership skills with Product Management and Engineering, balancing user experience with constraints and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Design: Own and execute complex design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Design Complex Enterprise Experiences: Craft multi-step, data-dense journeys and streamline information architecture, dashboards, and AI interactions.
• Integrate AI Capabilities: Design human-centered interactions for AI features with enterprise trust.
• Drive Problem Definition & Strategy: Shape problem statements with PMs and align outcomes.
• Evolve the Design System: Contribute to Risk Cloud's design system and document patterns.
• Execute & Accelerate Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative user research and share actionable insights.
• Elevate Team Practice & Culture: Co-lead design critiques and mentor mid-level and junior designers.
