Job summary

Meta is seeking a senior Product Designer to shape innovative experiences that empower people to build community and connect globally. You will engage across product design, interaction design, and visual design to ensure products are valuable, usable, and crafted at the highest level.

You will partner with product and executive teams to influence strategy and direction across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives.
• Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation.
• Experience leading end-to-end development efforts, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and shaping design roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope from conception to launch.
• Turn broad ideas into useful, valuable experiences for billions of users.
• Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions and define visual systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to own the user experience end-to-end.
