Job summary

Meta is seeking a product designer to shape experiences across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and more. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure products are valuable, easy to use, and crafted with high fidelity from concept to launch.

You will lead end-to-end design efforts, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to guide the product from idea to release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 6+ years designing complex software products end-to-end.
• Experience with product design across UX and visual design.
• Experience leading design with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
• Turn broad, conceptual ideas into usable interfaces for 2B+ users.
• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions.
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions around future direction of FB products.
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and product teams to raise quality and mentor others.
• Lead collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists from conception to launch.
