You will design user-centric interfaces, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and help expand the customer base through data-informed decisions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product design, proficiency with Sketch and InVision or Framer X, and experience in agile environments using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
• Familiar with agile sprints and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience designing UX for growth and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth team in expanding customer base within legal industry and new markets.
• Qualify prospective leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Track and analyze prospect pipeline and present progress to Growth team.
• Lead product design from discovery to developer handoff and ensure data-driven decisions.
