Spark Advisors is seeking a Senior Product Designer to turn complex data into actionable user experiences. You will partner with product, engineering, data, and operations to craft best-in-class experiences for internal tooling and agency leaders.

The ideal candidate thrives in data-rich B2B SaaS environments, simplifies complexity without losing nuance, and brings strong UX fundamentals with systems thinking. This role offers remote work within the U.S. and a collaborative, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years designing web-based B2B SaaS or internal tools
• Portfolio required showing end-to-end projects and design decisions
• Fluency in Figma and willingness to evolve AI-assisted workflows
• Experience contributing to a design system (components, patterns, docs)
• Strong information architecture for data-heavy experiences
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear design rationale grounded in user insight

Responsibilities

• Design interaction flows and UI components for brokers and agency leaders to take action on key data
• Translate datasets and reporting into clear workflows and visuals
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests) to shape decisions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to ship features across the lifecycle
• Incorporate AI tools into the design process and evolve design-ai collaboration
• Contribute reusable components and documentation to Spark's design system
• Improve information architecture to reduce cognitive load and improve decisions
