About the role:

Millions of Roblox creators depend on Studio, Roblox’s creation engine, and Creator Hub, a unification of developer tools and resources, to bring their creative vision to life. As the Senior Product Designer for Creator Analytic, you will design solutions to help creators gain a better understanding of their games. You know how to turn complex pieces of data into visualizations and actionable insights that are easy to comprehend. You’ll be able to apply your expertise from similar problem spaces to make analytics on the platform engaging, accessible, and delightful. This is a high visibility role, responsible for defining the core experiences that promote engagement on our platform.

You will design and build end-to-end UX journeys, working collaboratively with other team leads across product, research, data science, and engineering. You will bring previous relevant experience or become a domain expert through this role, understanding user needs and designing innovative design solutions. You will report to the Senior Design Manager for Creator Experiences.

You will:

• Craft end-to-end experiences, define UX strategy, and bring in new perspectives and deep industry knowledge.
• Deeply care about craft by creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces across devices for a global audience.
• Partner with product and engineering to drive design discussions and proactively provide insights, in addition to design specs and partnering on implementation to deliver a high-quality, high-craft experience
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify pain points and implement data-driven improvements.
• Present design journeys and strategies at the team and group level.

You have:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product design, with a strong track record of delivery creator and game platform tooling.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft, paired with strong product, systems, and strategic thinking.
• Strong proficiency in design tooling, such as Figma, and confidence in AI prototyping and concepting in everyday workflows in their designs.
• End-to-end systems thinking that advocates for holistic and connected user experiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional decisions, and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Skills to problem solve and think critically, and develop a principled approach towards a high quality solution.
• A passion for immersive platforms, gaming, user-generated content, or tools that enable people to create and express themselves.

Monthly Salary Range

$21,310 — $25,380 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
