Job summary

Logixboard is building Helm, the operations platform for freight forwarders, and is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience. You’ll work with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore workflows, and design systems that let operators do more with AI assistance.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years designing complex B2B SaaS products.
• Portfolio showing systems thinking across visual, interaction and IA.
• Proven collaboration with Product and Engineering and ability to drive work through ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner in discovery with Product and Engineering and interview customers.
• Lead solution design by translating workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Raise the craft bar with attention to layout, IA, and interaction detail.
• Design with AI in the mix and show practical AI integration in workflows.
• Evolve design system and maintain consistency across the product.
• Deliver prototypes and docs, ensure shipped work matches designs.
