Qualifications

• 5+ years product design experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to tackle complex design problems and visualize systems.
• Experience across all stages of design from discovery through implementation and iteration.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Challenger mindset that questions assumptions and pulls inspiration from diverse sources.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design for key product areas
• Partner with product and engineering to shape product direction and contribute to roadmap planning
• Help establish and evolve Rillet’s design system and design principles
• Contribute to user research initiatives that uncover user needs and validate design decisions
• Navigate user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to create intuitive solutions for finance & accounting workflows
• Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting
• Collaborate with and mentor other designers as the team grows
• Stay hands-on and contribute directly to Rillet’s UX/UI design
