Job summary

Riivet is seeking its first dedicated designer to shape the visual and interaction language of our core product. You will own end-to-end design for CRM, scheduling, estimating, negotiations, and reporting, partnering closely with engineers from day one.

You should bring 4+ years designing B2B SaaS, a portfolio of shipped work, and strong visual craft with systems thinking. Figma fluency is essential, and remote work with occasional team offsites is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing B2B SaaS, ideally for non-consumer users.
• A portfolio with shipped work that solves real operational problems.
• Strong visual craft and strong systems thinking.
• Figma fluency

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core features: CRM, scheduling, estimating, negotiations, reporting
• Lead discovery calls with restoration operators and turn findings into product decisions
• Define and maintain our component system in Figma and in code
• Pair closely with engineers during build, not just at handoff
• Set the bar for craft without slowing us down
