Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks senior Product Design and AI-Assisted Development Experts to create evaluation tasks for AI systems spanning rapid prototyping, product design, and human–AI collaboration.

Experts may contribute to Vibecoding and Design tracks, using Figma, Framer, AI tools, and prototyping platforms to produce reference prototypes, rubrics, and usability reports with senior-level product judgment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product design and AI-driven development experience.
• Experience shipping product designs, design systems, or AI workflows.
• Proven ability to create rubrics and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic scenarios for rapid prototyping and design collaboration.
• Develop tasks involving AI coding tools and design tooling.
• Craft design-track tasks using Figma, Framer, and prototyping platforms.
• Apply prompt-driven development, user-centered methods, and heuristic evaluation.
• Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, and usability reports.
• Develop rubrics that distinguish senior-level judgment from templates.
