AIOS Medical is seeking a senior Product Designer to join our fully remote, global team. You’ll own end-to-end design for our clinical software and customer mobile app, collaborating with engineers, product, and CX to ship polished, impactful solutions.

You have 3+ years designing digital products for web or mobile, with a portfolio of real-world outcomes. You’ll lead design initiatives, defend decisions, and mentor peers.

• 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile.
• Robust portfolio showing real product work and impact.
• Ownership: take loosely defined problems and drive to shipped solutions.
• Craft: clarity and usability within fixed requirements and systems.

Responsabilités

• Design ownership across products and run projects independently.
• Design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences.
• Work on internal tools and workflows for clinical, ops, enrolment, and CX teams.
• Communicate thinking, defend design decisions, and iterate with strong opinions.
• Lead projects end-to-end from discovery to shipping.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and CX teams to ship polished solutions.
• Mentor fellow designers as the team grows.
