JTL-Software GmbH is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to lead design system evolution across multiple products. You will apply user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to shape data-heavy ERP-style software for B2B merchants.

You will mentor colleagues and integrate AI-powered features into the design workflow. The role requires 5+ years in UI/UX, strong Figma skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

5+ years in UI/UX design, including senior/lead experience preferred.
Proficient in Figma and AI-assisted design tools for UX writing.
Strong B2B experience with data-heavy applications and shipped products.
Experience designing AI-powered features and LLM-integrated UX workflows.
Ability to own and evolve a design system across multiple products.

Responsibilities

Evolve and scale the design system across products with patterns, tokens, and components.
Apply user research, journey mapping, and usability testing throughout development.
Structure ambiguous problems into clear UX strategies.
Present design decisions confidently and align teams and leadership.
Mentor designers and drive improvements based on user data.
