Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Product Designer to modernize complex enterprise workflows through thoughtful UX and AI-enabled design. You will shape how teams work across ERP, logistics, field service, and admin platforms.

This role requires strong Figma mastery, data-heavy interfaces, and close partnership with engineering from concept to production, delivering measurable improvements and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping enterprise SaaS products (ERP, CRM, logistics, admin platforms, etc).
• Portfolio shows complex workflows: data-heavy tables, dashboards, complex forms, role-based permissions.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, variants, responsive design, prototyping, developer handoff.
• Experience partnering with engineering from concept through production.
• Ability to clearly explain business problems, constraints, design decisions and outcomes.
