Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong AI-first mindset to shape strategy and craft user-centric experiences. You will work in squads with PMs and Engineers, focusing on Extension and Settings, and applying an AI-powered, trustable approach to design.

You will collaborate across product surfaces, contribute to the design system in Figma, and use AI daily to ideate, prototype, and iterate based on user feedback and data.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years designing and shipping complex web products driven by data and user insights.
• Daily use of AI tools and generative workflows in design practice.
• Experience designing AI-powered features with trust and user control.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, explainable, user-centered experiences integrated into Apollo’s ecosystem.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate AI capabilities into UX patterns.
• Lead design for Extension and Admin surfaces with high quality and coherence.
• Utilize AI in ideation, rapid prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify user needs through research and data.
• Contribute to cross-surface design system in Figma and ensure consistency.
• Prototype, test, and iterate using user feedback and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with squad during Sprint Planning and Daily Standups; perform design QA.
• Share feedback with other designers to maintain cohesive experiences.
• Advocate for users via interviews and usability testing.
