Qualifications

• You’re an experienced Product Designer.
• You have 8+ years experience and a portfolio of thoughtful, impactful work.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on AI, SaaS, or zero-to-one projects.
• You gravitate towards ambiguous, novel problems.

Responsibilities

• Using your product design skills to discover, design, and deliver intuitive experiences.
• Elevate Airtable’s critical workflows while upholding a high bar for design quality.
• Help shape Airtable’s evolving AI-native platform and how AI capabilities integrate into core UX.
• Experiment with AI-assisted prototyping and tooling, including interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create cohesive experiences.
• Engage with users to inform design decisions through interviews and feedback.
