Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of product design experience with impact at scale.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of multi-surface product experiences.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with Cross Functional Partner (XFN) teams, roadmaps and high-impact decisions.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques, including functional prototypes or emerging technologies.
• Comfort with data: using metrics, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions.

• Turn broad, conceptual ideas into valuable experiences for our 2 billion+ users.
• Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions.
