Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field
• 8+ years of product design experience
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences
• Experience leading end-to-end development with XFN teams and design roadmaps
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques
• Comfort with data: use metrics, research, and experimentation to inform decisions
