Karbon, a global AI-powered practice management leader for accounting firms, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own complex end-to-end experiences. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, shape direction with prototypes, and mentor peers, elevating design standards across the product.

This role embraces autonomous problem solving and a strong design craft. You will apply your experience across B2B SaaS, contribute to design systems, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product design, preferably B2B SaaS or complex products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems with clear ownership.
• Active use of LLMs in design workflow for framing, research, prototyping, or iteration.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for rapid concept exploration and iteration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end experiences by partnering with Product and Engineering to define problems.
• Prototype to set direction using AI-assisted tools while guiding structure and craft.
• Validate concepts with customers early and iterate based on feedback.
• Refine designs in Figma with complete state coverage and production readiness.
• Design for platform by reducing perceived complexity and codifying design principles.
• Mentor and share best practices with other designers.
