Job summary

Stable is seeking a senior product designer to join its AI-forward, builder-led team. You’ll own projects from discovery to delivery, partnering with engineering and stakeholders to shape product decisions with data, research, and user empathy.

You will design for cross-disciplinary workflows that blend digital software with real-world operations in processing centers, building scalable design systems and shipping delightful experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies.
• Generalist with ability to shift between research, UI, systems thinking, and more.
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows and emerging design tools.
• Strong project management with track record of delivering projects.
• Excellent design foundations (hierarchy, layout, typography, interaction).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and breaking down problems into milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for data and customer opportunities using internal Stable MCP and create reports.
• Make product decisions balancing intuition, data, and research.
• Design product solutions in tools like Figma, Make, Claude, or Cursor.
• Partner with engineering in a pod to deliver value.
• Build design systems and reusable patterns to strengthen the product.
• Bridge digital and physical: design solutions for real-world operations.
• Evolve design practices with AI and new workflows and automate repetitive parts.
• Drive alignment with stakeholders across the company.
