Job summary

Stable is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join a fast-growing team in the US. You’ll own end-to-end design, from discovery to delivery, working closely with engineering and product stakeholders.

You’ll help translate complex physical-operations processes into simple, delightful software experiences. You will collaborate with a small, established design team, shape design direction, and contribute to design systems while staying ahead of AI-enabled workflows and new tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience at fast-moving companies.
• Generalist across research, UI design, systems thinking, and execution.
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows and emerging design tools.
• Strong project management and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent design foundations in hierarchy, layout, typography and interaction.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and breaking down complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for data and customer opportunities using internal MCP data and dashboards.
• Make product decisions balancing intuition, data, and user needs.
• Design solutions from concept to polish in Figma, Make, or code where appropriate.
• Partner with a pod and collaborate with engineering to deliver value.
• Build and evolve the design system with reusable patterns.
• Bridge digital and physical workflows across software and real-world operations.
• Stay curious about AI/LLM tools and improve design delivery.
