• 7+ years of product design on complex web/SaaS products with ownership across discovery to shipped product.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end impact and influence on strategy across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, information architecture, and product judgment.
• Hands-on experimentation with AI tools in design or product development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for provider workstreams from discovery through production‑ready design.
• Translate marketplace and partner challenges into intuitive provider workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Operations, Sales and leaders to set direction.
• Design for trust, clarity, speed, and usability in complex workflows.
• Use data, provider conversations, and business context to guide design decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve provider workflows and business outcomes.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor designers and elevate pattern quality and storytelling.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to speed up exploration, synthesis, and prototyping.
