Job summary

The compensation package ranges from $180K to $210K, includes equity, health benefits, unlimited PTO, and daily lunches.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a fast-moving IC, energized by shipping speed.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with founders and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX design process for projects from discovery to execution.
- Design interfaces that translate raw transcripts and AI-generated scoring into insights.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with various stakeholders.
