Job summary

Calm seeks an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design across mobile and web, blending visual, interaction, and motion to deliver high-quality user experiences.

You will prototype in Figma, use AI and low-code tools, and work with product, research, and engineering to make decisions grounded in data and user insights.

You bring 7+ years of UX/UI experience, a builder mindset, and a passion for Calm's mission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/UI design, with 5+ years in consumer mobile and web apps.
• Experienced in driving user testing and research.
• Strong foundation in interaction, visual design and usability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design initiatives covering visual, interaction, motion, and brand integration for mobile/web.
• Prototype quickly in Figma and AI/low-code tools to test ideas early.
• Present design work to stakeholders and align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering for implementation and post-launch iterations.
• Use data and research to inform experiences and improve systems.
